😠 When you're being told by rude employees that you need to eat your ice cream in the pouring rain because you bought an ice cream to go at the front is terrible. Seeing all the empty seats was "the icing on the cake". Wouldn't recommend!

😐 Making trouble about shopping with a rucksack, while this is the shopping bag by excellence when taking a bike or by foot. No lockers available. Only uncontrolled storage at counter. No visible sign either. Very discriminating measure without proper solution offered.
