😠 Voor de booking was de personeel zeer "beleefd". Deze beleefdheid is enkel om aan de klant iets te verkopen. De vragen van de klant over de bestemming maakt hen helemaal niet uit, dit heb ik zelf ervaren. Dieven die het geld van de mensen stelen en sturen hun klanten gewoon zo maar naar een plaats...
